Pnau, The Saints, Moaning Lisa, Hellcat Sppedracer, Andy Golledge Band and more live around Wollongong this week

This week La La La's kick things off on Friday night with a big rock show featuring Woodhill, Zion and The Vandastruts before Archie play there on Saturday night. Next Wednesday at La La La's is the big final of New Blood Wednesdays featuring Autumn Sunset, Business Doing Pleasure, Cut Throat, Wisdom Teeth, Giraffehead and Kryver.

Friday night sees legendary Brisbane outfit The Saints playing music from their classic 73-8 era with some special guests taking on vocal duties including Mark Arm from Mudhoney. It happens at Anita's Theatre in Thirroul and support is from local duo Chimers. Friday night also sees Andy Golledge Band playing at the Servo in Port Kembla.

On Saturday from Midday, Society City are holding a merch market and have live music from Dancing Hearts, Chris McDougall and Daisy Chains.

On Saturday afternoon Moaning Lisa will be dropping by the shop here at 4pm to play and acoustic set that is free and all ages, while Nathan Roche plays out at Franks Wild Years on Saturday evening. Saturday night is a huge one at Waves with dance music legends Pnua hitting town and supported by Hellcat Speedracer

Free live music this week begins at Towradgi Beach Hotel on Friday with The Hunt Brothers before shifying to Dicey Riley's on Saturday for Where's Jimmy. The North Gong Hotel this Sunday has a huge line up headed by Moaning Lisa and also including Clueless, Fan Girl and Roomates.

Not exactly live music but the film about one of the hardest working live bands The Hard Ons, screens at the Gala Cinema in Warrawong this Sundat and features a Q&A with Ray and Blackie.
