The Preatures, The Vee Bees, Business Doing Pleasure, Cry Club and more live around Wollongong this week

This week's live music kicks off the Unibar with The Preatures celebrating ten years of their classic album Blue Planet Eyes with support from Bec Sandridge and Nut Butter.

Local funk/pop band Business Doing Pleasure launch their debut single at La La La's on Friday night with support from Kylan Daffy, Necko and Cytosis. On Saturday aftenoon there is a special all ages event at La La La's with the Young Blood event featuring a number of high school artists. It includes Alara Livingstone, Penny Church and more. Later that evening at the vnue is the big Loud n Proud event with Cry Club, Brooklyn Comic, Proxy Diver and Little Girl Likes Her Brain. Through the week at La La La's you can see The Bush Doofs on Wednesday and Arabella and the Heist on Thursday.

Want to see some free live music this week? Ren & The Rude Boys are at Towradgi Beach Hotel on Friday, The Slims are at Dicey Rileys on Saturday and the Ryan's Hotel in Thirroul has a big one on Saturday with The Vee Bees, Courtesy Bus, The Dark Clouds and The Strike Outs.

Society City gets heavy this Friday with Skarmekal, Flaming Gypsies, Necrosis and Kill/Patrick, while on Saturday night they host Jim E Brown.

Friday night at Franks Wild Years Kentucky duo Ryan Davis Rosehouse Duo play supported by Soda Eves with Ned Collette playing the venue on Saturday afternoon.
