Jack Ladder, Raised As Wolves, Brad Cox, The Midnight Tides and more live around Wollongong this week

Are you a fan of country music? This Friday night Howlin Wolf host a rare live music night with Quarter Horse Club bringing their sounds to the bar, and On The Range DJ's spinning country and related vinyl between and following. Its free entry and kicks off at 8pm.

This Friday night at La La La's it is the always impressive Jack Ladder while Sunday sees a huge show presented by Rad Music featuring Kilat, Death Of Heather, Garage Sale, Xiao Xiao, Dogworld and Sevilles. The live music continues through the week at La La La's with Wednesday night hosting locals Echidnacia and Summer Guppys, while Thursday has Raised As Wolves and Amends.

The Unibar has a double up this weekend with Friday night seeing locals The Midnight Tides launch their EP Do It For Yourself with guests Blackout Fun Club, Floodway, Business Doing Pleasure & Cherry Ripe. Saturday it is Australian country music's current favourite Brad Cox.

Free gigs this week comes from Boyfriend Material at Towradgi Beach Hotel on Friday, Semantics at Dicey Rileys Hotel on Saturday and also on Saturday is Earl Gray at the Ryan's Hotel in Thirroul. This Sunday at the North Gong Hotel it is Smart Casual, Dribs, Memory Motel and Horsin Around

Society City is hosting a band night on Saturday featuring The Engine and Bad Rice, while Franks Wild Years in Thirroul hosts Small Town Romance on Saturday and Georgia Mooney on Sunday.

The Servo in Port Kembla kicks off the weekend with some punk sounds on Friday night from All Hope Remains, Radio Rejects and Lightyears, while Saturday has Sarah Carroll.

This Sunday night at Anita's Theatre in Thirroul in is 80's pop legend Kim Wilde.
