This afternoon at 5pm until 8pm I’ll be doing an all 7” DJ set at La La La’s for Sultans Of Spin’s Afternoon Delight. There are no genre limitations, just a format limitation so expect to hear sixties garage, seventies punk, eighties new wave and nineties shoegaze through to more recent favourites and lots of other sounds in between. Free entry, drink specials.

We don’t usually open the shop at midnight but it is not very day Phoebe Bridgers releases a new album. On Thursday August 13th we’ll be hosting a special listening event with an album play through at 11pm and the album on sale from midnight. We’ll be keeping the doors open all Thursday night leading up to the event with DJ’s spinning music from artists such as Lana Del Rey, Mitski, Clairo, Big Thief as well as the Phoebe Bridgers and Boygenius back catalogue, and there will be some snacks and drinks.
